Jenolan Caves and Blue Mountains Tour – Day One
- The tour starts with pick ups from Sydney’s transport hub of Central Station (1) or passenger’s central Sydney accommodation by prearrangement with Sally.
- At Featherdale Wildlife Park (2) passengers can pat a koala, hand feed kangaroos and wallabies and see many other unique native Australian animals and birds. We have morning tea at the Featherdale picnic area.
- We stop for lunch at the historic hamlet of Hartley (3) fore lunch and can explore the remaining buildings including the impressive court house and dropping into the visitors centre, or we may travel all the way to Jenolan Caves depending on the time.
- At Jenolan Caves (4) you will take a guided tour of one of the subterranean limestone caves, you can also take the self guided discovery of the Grand Arch and the Devil’s Coach House and admire the beautiful scenery around the caves.
- Accommodation is at the historic Jenolan Caves House. Included in the tour standard price is three star accommodation with shared bathroom or you can choose an upgrade to four star accommodation with your own ensuite for an additional fee.
- Dinner is not included. it can be purchased at either the Caves House restaurant or the Bistro
